  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

GLAZE

  • 4 tablespoons (½ stick) unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mild curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle chile powder
